10 K

I ran my first 10k on Saturday. It was such a great time. It was a run for Cancer. I ran for my Sister in Law Roberta and my cousin Destinee. It was a hard run. I have been training for two weeks now. I ran almost the whole time and my goal of finishing was accomplished.

I met my friends Sunni and Ami there. We all started off together and ended at different times. It was so fun to run the first half together and talk about all our memories together.

I am so glad that I ran this run. I have my health and doing hard things keeps me motivated for life.

Good for you! Are you addicted now? I love doing fun runs, but it gets expensive. Hope you feel good this week. make sure to stretch and keep moving.

Good job! You are inspiring me to start running in about 2 months from now (after I am done being pregnant!)!

I really do love running, I get more of a high from running than I do from any other workout!

I want to do the SF Nike marathon in the fall. They give you a Tiffanys necklace and godiva choclates on the run with guys in tuxedos serving them to you. It sells out quickly though and I'll probably be pregnant, so I probably won't do it this year. there are so many fun runs to do, it gets very addicting. i just love the atmosphere. Next you need to do a sprint triathlon this summer. You'd do great. I'll give you some tips if you want. It's even more addicting than just running.

Hi..sorry i just saw your message. Roadrunner at Tempe marketplace is a awesome running store. they can film you running and take a mold of your foot to see what the problem's might be. It could be your shoes. I love the Nike equalon's. Let me know if you have any other question. thanks

I would defiantly pass out right at the start line, I suck at running how cool that you did it though.
