Sorry!

Hi everyone. It has been a long time since I posted. I will start with last weekend. Alan and I went to Sunrise for two days! It was amazing great snow. We had waist deep powder and a lot of alone time. Let me preface the next part by telling you that Alans sister Roberta got diagnosed with a rare form of colon Cancer January 1st. While we were at Sunrise we got a call late Friday night that she was not doing to well. So we prayed and went on our way. People live with Cancer for FOREVER! Sunday morni=ing EARLY! we got a call saying that the doctors were doing nothing more for her and just keeping her comfy. When she got diagnosed in Jan. they took out the tumor which was the size of a melon. The docs said that it had formed in less than two months. On Sunday morning they said that her tumor was double the size than when they first took it out! At 12pm on Sunday January 17th Roberta Bostock passed away. She is one of the most giving, selfless, amazing people I know! I will miss her greatly.

So this weekend we all went up to Sandpoint Idaho for the funeral and some much need family-cousin time. If you EVER get the opportunity go to Sandpoint. It is sooo pretty. They had tons of snow and all the cousins went sledding and swimming at the hotel and all sorts of fun.

Roberta and her fam are not members. I am soooo grateful for the gospel. I know that now she knows the truth.

Jeans party is going to be Sat from 11-1pm at my home. Come and go. I am going to try and get invites out tomorrow but it has been a crazy weekend so we will see. If you have questions need directions email me

Sick/reflections of Christ

Ok I know it's been FOREVER but, I have been sooooo sick! So last tuesday I had this dumb cough. Like when you run and you haven't run forever and you keep coughing. I did not have a soar throat or anything so I though maybe had allegies. Well I was fixing dinner and I just started to not feel well AT ALL! It was my Grandpas B-day and so I had told him and my Grandma that I wanted to take them to see Reflections of Christ at the temple.(they are non-members) So I told Al I wasn't feeling to well.

*********** Go to the temple and see Reflections of CHRIST!*******************
It is absolutely AMAZING! Mark Mabry did some great photos about Christs life. They are being displayed in the visitor center. It is not going to be up to much longer but you need to see it! I am serious. The photos capture so much life and love. They were truely inspired! I loved them.

Well at dessert with my g-parents I really did not feel well. I got home and I coule barely walk! I hurt soooo bad. My dad started freaking me out that maybe I got Pneumonia from my run. Well Wed night I finally went to the hospital. I had a temp of 104 I could hardley move and my head and body killed. I have bronchitis. Sucky. I am almost over it after a week of laying on the couch. But now Baylie has a fever sooo we will see.

10 K

I ran my first 10k on Saturday. It was such a great time. It was a run for Cancer. I ran for my Sister in Law Roberta and my cousin Destinee. It was a hard run. I have been training for two weeks now. I ran almost the whole time and my goal of finishing was accomplished.

I met my friends Sunni and Ami there. We all started off together and ended at different times. It was so fun to run the first half together and talk about all our memories together.

I am so glad that I ran this run. I have my health and doing hard things keeps me motivated for life.
