My oldest born has turned 8. Where does time go? Gavin I remember when you were born like it was yesterday. I was 2 weeks over due. Everyday I cried that I was still pregnant. True to your personality you are on your own time schedule. Super laid back you just didn't see the rush. I had been having contractions 2-3 minutes apart for about a week but because of dr. appointments I knew nothing was happening. On Sunday the 28th of Sept. we were playing cards at Grandmas to pass the time. We all were talking about the fact that I was over due and having contractions. I decided to play 'clueless' 1st-time-mom and go down to the hospital. I had not been called to be induced because of hospital over crowding. So I showed up down there playing dumb. They hooked me up to the monitors and after an hour nothing had happened. So they told me to walk the halls for 30 min. to see if I could jump start things. After the walk we came back and they had just had a room open so they said they would just keep me. I was so excited. They started me on petocin at 9 pm. I started having contractions and contracted all night. The next morning everyone came down to the hospital because they were so excited.  Grandma Bradshaw was there all day and brought daddy lunch. Grandma and Grandpa sharon were there a lot of the day too. At about 1 pm the next day the dr. informed me that I would have to have a c-section. I was not dilating and our heart rate was dropping. It ended up being 8 hours later before you were delivered. When you came you were so beautiful. You were very bruised and mommy felt so bad. Everyone was so excited. They all came down to see you.

We are so excited about your decision to be baptized. This is one of the first big decisions you will make in your life. This is one that is headed in the right path. Not only is your earthly family VERY proud of you but all of your past and future descendants are rejoicing. You are helping to lessen satans power here on earth and to bring more of Heavenly Fathers Children back to him. I hope you will remember your covenants and always be Christ-like. We love you Buddy.

Gavin's Baptism was such a great day. The spirit was so strong. I know that our ancestors and Gavin's future posterity were all rejoicing at his choices. I wanted to remember a couple things. Gavin was called up on Sunday to get congratulated and as he was walking up he started raising the roof. Sweet Ethan was being told about the Baptism and ross told him that all of Gavs bad choices would go away and Ethan said that sounds nice. When Michelle told him that he was going to get the Holy Ghost next he asked to sit on his Moms lap until the ghost came. Then he said I hope the Ghost doesn't come, I hope the Ghost doesn't come. Maybe we should get out of here before the ghost comes.  She explained that it's not that kind of Ghost but it was a good ghost a gift from Heavenly Father. He said Oh like Casper the friendly Ghost.

THe BEE

Ok so I need to preface this video by saying that A) I think it's really funny when people are scared. b) Its my moms fault she is so scared of bugs c) the only person I have seen more scared is  Trevor jay a certain brother-in-law. Involving a tree, a walk back from the outie. I won't say anymore hahah

So we had one of those HUGE BLACK carpenter bees get into our house. Think this guy. Anyway, he was stuck in our living room. So I was staying away. Well we all had to get dressed so we could go run errands. So we had to go upstairs. So we started up the stairs and he started buzzing super loud. So we all ran up the stairs. We didn't hear him for  a while so we decided to go back down. Baylie was hysterically bawling. Out of control about going back down. But I finally talked her into it. As we were headed down I freaked Bays out. When she gets to the top of the stairs and I ask her whats shes scared of it really starts buzzing again. Happy Birthday Buddy!

My Landon turned 2 today! He answers to Landon, Lando, Lando commando, comando, comandi, comandi pants, Dude. Calls me Noni, mommy. Loves ball anything ball. The most laid-back, easy-going child. However, the most stubborn. He teases anyone and EVERYONE all day long. He loves to laugh. He would spend the whole day outside. When he is tired though nothing else will distract him from nigh nigh. He is a piro just like his daddy. He love to do work. Dig holes. He throws anything and EVERYTHING into the pool. He adores his big brother and just likes to give his sis a hard time. 

When Landon was born I had a scheduled c-section. Everything went great! He was born with the dimple in his nose. We thought that it would go away but 2 years later it is still here. He was my hardest baby by far. He cried for at least 12 hours a day for 3 months. We finally went and got him adjusted at the chiropractor. Instantly he was an angel. And has been ever since. We Love you little man.

So now that the weather has been nicer we have been spending more and more time outside! Landon and Gavin spent some time helping grandpa dig a sprinkler line! Landon just LOVES to help. He would spend all day outside if he could.  Gavin not so much but he was a good sport anyway. 

Spring is in the air!

March is my favorite month! Not only is this mine, Gpa Bshaw, and Landos birth month. It also is the month where the days are warmer the nights are just the right amount of cool. We can play outside and not freeze or swellter for that matter! The orange blossoms are in bloom. yummmmy. just drive down mckellips almost to greenfield. seriously. Nothing better. Just look at the blossoms from our almond tree! And I couldn't resist putting this pic of my little bays in for good measure!

Baylie Boo

This is My Balyie-boo. or sometimes MOO for short. She is my little love. She is a mommy at heart. She has NO problem telling anyone and everyone what they should be doing. She just turned 4! I can't believe it. Bays loves ballet class and best friends. Anywhere we go she finds a 'best friend'. When she is playing she will say best friend best friend come on! Or she will call them princess! She loves being in in the big kids class at church. She ADORES her cousin Logan. And our Neighbor RUBY is her favorite as well. Baylie idolizes her brother Gav. She will follow him around and if she gets a treat she always asks for one for her brother. We love our little drama queen. She can turn on the water works like no one else. I love you sissy.

New Year, New Blog

Ok so I know it's been like a YEAR since I have posted. I am getting there. 1)Blogger is WAY to slow for my liking 2) pics take forever to upload. But I will try. I am also attempting a new blog this year. It will be a mix of cooking and crafts. Two of my other loves besides my kids and hubby!
